Aleksandre Chkheidze

Aleksandre Chkheidze began working at the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia in 2015 within the framework of an internship program. From February 2015 to March 1, 2026, he held various positions within the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia: Prosecutor of the Gldani-Nadzaladevi District Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutor of the Tbilisi City Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutor of Procedural Supervision of Investigations at the State Inspector's Service of the General Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutor of Procedural Supervision of Investigations at the Special Investigative Service of the General Prosecutor's Office, and Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Combating Corruption Crimes of the General Prosecutor's Office. He exercised procedural supervision over criminal cases investigated by investigators of the Criminal Police and the State Inspector's Service, as well as the Special Investigative Service and the Department for Combating Corruption Crimes of the General Prosecutor's Office. He also supported the prosecution in court proceedings. Aleksandre Chkheidze was the prosecutor for numerous high-profile and media-active cases, which he successfully completed. He is specialized in juvenile justice and, at the same time, has received a special award for his exceptional contribution to juvenile justice. During his career, he has received numerous certificates of appreciation and has been encouraged many times for the successful performance of his work. In 2019, Aleksandre Chkheidze gained 3 weeks of practical experience at the Prosecutor's Office of the city of Bochum, Federal Republic of Germany, where he actively familiarized himself with criminal cases and attended court proceedings. In 2023, Aleksandre Chkheidze completed a 3-week theoretical and practical course in the United States of America, where business meetings were held at various police departments, the Prosecutor's Office, the court, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Office of the Inspector General.
